The rate con reads itself. You just approve.
AI-powered dispatching and a complete TMS — one platform. DispatchingIQ reads your rate cons, drafts the load, and — once you approve — books it, bills it, and gets you paid.

Do the math
Software price, not a cut of your gross
Compare DispatchingIQ's flat monthly price against a percentage dispatch service — or against the back-office hours it takes to run the paperwork. On your own numbers.
Dispatch service vs. dispatch software
A dispatch service takes a percentage of your gross. DispatchingIQ is software you pay a flat monthly price for. Enter your numbers to compare. Already dispatch yourself? This shows what a service would cost — DispatchingIQ is the software you run instead.
Estimate based on the numbers you enter — not a guarantee. DispatchingIQ is software your team uses to do this work; it doesn’t replace your people or arrange transportation, and you remain responsible for your own operations and compliance.
One platform, every operation
Built for how you run
The same product whether you run one truck or a hundred — dispatch, billing, drivers, and AI on one screen.
Owner-operators — the whole back office, automated.
Carriers with 2–20 trucks — dispatch, invoice, settle, on one screen.
Dispatch companies — every carrier, every fee, one place.
The grind
Dispatch shouldn’t live in a spreadsheet
Chasing rate cons, re-typing load details, hunting missed fees, and waiting to get paid — it eats the day and leaks money.
The same rate-con details, keyed by hand into three places.
A percent here, a flat fee there — easy to forget, hard to reconcile.
Invoices go out late because the paperwork isn’t ready.
Fleets and dispatch companies juggle many trucks and carriers in software built for one.
AI you supervise
Every rate con read for you — nothing books itself
Upload a rate con. AI extracts the lane, rate, weight and references into a load, checks the carrier name and MC number against the FMCSA registry, and flags possible double-bookings. You review the confidence score and approve — anything touching money or booking is approve-first, by design.
- Reads PDFs and photos
- Verifies broker authority, the $75k bond, and carrier authority against FMCSA — and flags mismatches
- Catches duplicate and double-booked loads
- You approve every load — and can edit before you do
Money and booking stay approve-first.

For dispatch companies
Never lose a dispatch fee again
Charge each carrier your way — a percent of the load, a flat fee, or a monthly retainer. DispatchingIQ captures the fee automatically on every load and posts it to a per-carrier ledger, so nothing slips through the cracks. It’s the one thing no other dispatch tool does well.
An 8% fee on a $2,500 load is $200 — miss one a week and that’s real money. DispatchingIQ books every one.

One platform
Everything from rate con to paid
The whole operation on one screen — dispatching, TMS, billing, drivers, and AI that reads the paperwork, checks the counterparty, and does the profit math.
Rate cons become loads you review and approve — with trust checks built in.
Broker authority and the $75k bond, carrier authority, insurance and safety rating — checked against the FMCSA registry, with name mismatches flagged before you commit.
Net profit per load and your break-even rate floor, computed from your own cost per mile — and honest about any input it’s missing.
The engine sets a target from your break-even floor and your own lane history; AI drafts the counter-offer. Nothing sends without your approval.
A plain-English read on your last 90 days — rates, aging invoices, deadhead, paperwork — with every finding cited to your own numbers.
A watchdog re-verifies your counterparties and flags expiring documents — and shows its receipts in the agents console.
COIs, CDLs, med cards and registrations in one place with an expiry radar. Upload a document and AI classifies and files it — you approve.
Every carrier gets its own tabbed workspace — loads, fleet, documents, ledger and settings — with live verification status up top.
Percent, flat, or retainer fees captured automatically on every load and posted to a ledger.
Invoice the broker from a delivered load; pay drivers by mile, percent or flat — exact math, never guessed.
Mileage and routes that respect height, weight, axles and hazmat. Verify restrictions for your vehicle and load.
Share a link — the driver taps status, shares location on the run, and snaps the BOL/POD into your account. No install.

30% off for two years — then today’s price, locked.
The first 35 carrier and 15 dispatch accounts (or 90 days after launch, whichever comes first) get 30% off the monthly price for their first 24 months. After that you pay the price published the day you claimed — your rate never rises above today’s list for as long as you stay subscribed.

Carrier plans are claimed for the year — the yearly figure is simply twelve months at your founding rate, charged when you claim. Dispatch plans can be claimed monthly or yearly. DispatchingIQ is AI that works under your supervision — every AI action is logged and auditable, and you approve what matters.
Claim your founding rateFounding Member terms: your founding rate is 30% off the published list price for your first 24 months of continuous subscription. After that, your price is locked at the list price published on the day you claimed — it never rises above that for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. Founding pricing replaces the annual discount; the two don’t stack. Founding checkout has no free trial — the discount is the consideration, so your card is charged when you claim. The rate and the price-lock end if your subscription ends, and the offer can’t be claimed twice. In exchange we ask for a short monthly feedback call, and permission to ask you for a testimonial — we never publish anything about you without your written say-so.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Does the AI book loads on its own?
No. AI reads and proposes; a human approves before any load is created — and negotiation drafts never send themselves. Anything touching money or booking is approve-first by design.
Can AI negotiate my rates?
It drafts. The engine computes a target from your break-even floor and your own lane history, the AI writes the counter-offer, and you review, edit and send it yourself. The outcome is recorded either way.
What does the broker check verify?
Broker authority status and the $75k surety bond on file with FMCSA — and for carriers, operating authority, insurance on file and safety rating. The company name you entered is cross-checked against the registry, and mismatches are flagged.
What does the AI do without being asked?
A watchdog periodically re-verifies the brokers and carriers you work with and flags documents expiring soon. It only checks and alerts — it never books, bills or edits your loads — and every run is visible in the agents console.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. On a carrier plan the card starts your 14-day free trial — you won’t be charged before the trial ends and you can cancel in one click. On a dispatch plan the card is charged at signup for your first month: that month is the paid 30-day pilot, and there is no free trial on the dispatch track.
Is this for owner-operators, fleets, or dispatch companies?
All three. A carrier — one truck or twenty-five — gets a full workspace; a dispatch company manages many carriers from one account. Same platform, priced by how you run.
Is it a TMS?
Yes — a complete one. Loads, drivers, trucks, trailers, renewal and compliance clocks, maintenance schedules, documents, invoicing, driver settlements and per-carrier ledgers live in the same product the AI works in. Dispatching leads; the TMS is the other half of the platform, not a bolt-on.
What does the AI cost?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI document processing. Failed extractions don’t count. If you reach the allowance, processing pauses rather than billing you automatically — there are in-app options, and the next tier’s published price is usually the cheapest way to add capacity. Negotiation drafts and health reports draw from a monthly AI budget you control in Settings, and every AI action’s cost is logged.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export all of your organization’s records at any time, and request deletion from Settings.
Is my data secure?
SOC 2-aligned architecture; audit planned. Each organization’s data is isolated, and every action is logged and auditable.
